FORT KNOX MANDEVILLE - ANNOUNCEMENT! *RESTRICTED TENANT ACCESS HOURS* for Wednesday, Feb 18TH & Thursday, Feb the 19TH

ALL MANDEVILLE TENANTS: Please review and take note of the upcoming Access/Availability Restrictions to the main building (3 story where office is located) which will be in place on February 18th, next Wednesday, thru the 19th of February, next Thursday. Please plan accordingly if you plan to visit your storage before the access is restricted on the 18th of February and/or visit after the building is re-opened at 4 PM to access on the 19th of February. These access entry restrictions will involve storage units in the Main Building ONLY, not the Annex building located in the first building, next to Parker Therapy. Due to main building floor maintenance, which will require restricting any foot traffic, there will be restricted hours of tenant access for the main building inside during two upcoming days NEXT WEEK/FINAL WEEK OF MARDI GRAS. On Wednesday, Feb 18th (Ash Wednesday), ENTRY inside the main building will be closed for all tenant access AT 10 AM. Main building access will remain closed for the remainder of the day and extend to Thursday, the 19th. To summarize, the only tenant access hours available for Wednesday, Feb 18th will be from Midnight AM the 18th and up until 10 AM, on the morning of the 18th. On Thursday, Feb 19th, tenant access will remain restricted from midnight AM on the 19th, and up until 4 PM, when we re-open tenant access AFTER 4 PM, Thursday, Feb 19th. To summarize, tenant access availability on the day of Thursday, Feb 19th will be only after 4PM and then we will resume to regular 24/7 tenant access, after the main building reopening. UPDATED as of 10 AM Thursday, September 12th Marrero: The storage facility has power to all entrance points and is functioning as per normal conditions. The biggest challenge is the power issues, downed debris, power lines down, etc. around the area, so I would suggest caution to visit and ask anyone to follow parish advisories on use of roads for non-essential trips. The office is OPEN. Mandeville: The storage facility appears to have power to all entrance points and is functioning, as per normal conditions. Just like Marrero, the biggest challenge is the power issues and road hazards around the area, so I would suggest caution to visit and ask anyone to follow parish advisories on use of roads for non-essential trips. Tropical Storm/Potential Hurricane Francine UPDATED 9/11/2024 A.M.

UPDATED as of 10:30 AM Wednesday, September 11th We are closely monitoring the track of STORM/POTENTIAL HURRICANE FRANCINE; however, due to the uncertainty of the track and potential impact starting later this evening, the Fort Knox offices (Mandeville and Marrero, LA) will close early today to allow for employee preparations. Our offices will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11th due to the inclement weather conditions expected. Thursday's office and tenant hours will continue to be evaluated as the storm approaches and will be announced after the storm has safely passed our facility area. **UPDATE WEDNESDAY A.M.: OUR STORAGE BUILDINGS WILL BE LOCKED AND SECURED AT NOON TODAY, WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 11TH DUE TO EXPECTED WIND AND WATER EVENTS THIS STORM COULD BRING. As of this posting, tenant access hours will remain normal; but, due to possible loss of power/wind damage/road access/etc. and for the safety of all, access will change to restricted/closed to provide safety and security of the storage property and appreciate your understanding if this were to occur.
